Approach
To ensure adequate consortium coordination and project management, the following activities will be conducted:
• Progress monitoring & active risk management;
• Quality assurance & timely submission of deliverables;
• Maintain communication with the EU funding authority (Research Executive Agency);
• Keep the project within budget & schedule;
• Coordinate the project’s external expert advisory board;
• Uphold all requirements for ethics & security, as well as management of research data;
• Manage innovation through understanding of both technical and stakeholder-imposed challenges, in order to let the consortium respond to external or internal opportunities
